Need to fix the “additional data required” issue or edit lots of products at once? You can update your products in bulk straight from the Inventory tab.
How to upload product data in bulk
- Go to Inventory → Manage products.
- Click Actions → Upload product data.
Start from the example file
When you're on the upload page, you'll also find an example file to download. Use it as a template so your product data is formatted correctly before you upload it back.
Tip: Starting from the example file is the easiest way to avoid formatting errors — fill in your product details in the same columns, then upload it back.
