Need to stop a particular product from appearing across your channels? You can hide a single product, or hide many at once in bulk, straight from your Unify dashboard.
Hiding a single product
- Go to the Inventory section of your Unify dashboard and open the product you'd like to hide.
- On the right-hand side, under Status, unselect the purple Active button.
The product will no longer appear in Unify or across your connected channels.
Hiding products in bulk
- From the main Inventory page, select Actions → Hide products.
- Add in the list of barcodes for the products you'd like to hide.
Tip: Hiding products in bulk is the quickest way to remove a large batch — just paste in all the barcodes at once rather than updating each product one by one.
