Unify keeps your product prices in sync with your in-store inventory automatically, so you never have to update them manually online.
Where prices come from
We take the price for each product directly from your inventory or POS system.
Whatever you're selling a product for in-store is the price we'll show online — we always use the live selling price rather than RRP or list price.
How updates happen
- Change a price in your POS or inventory system
- Unify picks up the change in your next stock sync
- The new price is reflected across all your Unify channels (Google, your Storefront, and any other connected channels)
This usually happens within a few hours of the change being made in your system.
What if a price looks wrong?
- Check the price in your POS — that's the source of truth
- If the POS is correct but Unify is still showing an old price, wait for the next sync to complete
- If it still doesn't update, get in touch and we'll investigate the feed
Promotions and sale prices
If your POS supports separate promotional or sale prices, we'll show the discounted price online while the promotion is active.
