How can we help? 👋

Unify and TikTok

How to sync your Unify inventory to TikTok by connecting your Unify product feed to TikTok Catalog Manager — currently in beta.

Unify can provide a TikTok-compatible product feed, so you can sync your in-store inventory with TikTok's Catalog Manager and use your products across TikTok. Connecting the feed is just a few steps — this guide walks you through how it works and how to get set up. This feature is currently in beta.

💡

Unify generates and continuously maintains a product feed containing your live inventory data. Connecting that feed to TikTok Catalog Manager happens inside TikTok and can only be done by you, because Unify doesn't have permission to do it on your behalf.

⚠️

This feature is currently in beta and may continue to evolve as we gather feedback from retailers. If you hit any issues during setup, or have feedback on the integration, let us know — we're happy to help and use your feedback to improve the experience for future retailers.

Before you start

Make sure you have these ready:

  • A TikTok Ads Manager account with access to Catalog Manager
  • Your Unify product feed URL (see Step 1 below)

Step 1 — Get your product feed URL from Unify

The product feed URL isn't generated automatically within Unify. Get in touch with the Unify support team and we'll provide your feed URL.

Step 2 — Add the feed in TikTok Catalog Manager

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
  1. Navigate to Catalog Manager.
  1. Create a new catalog (or open an existing one).
  1. Choose the option to add products using a Data Feed Schedule.
  1. Paste in the feed URL provided by Unify.
  1. Select your preferred update frequency and update method.
  1. Complete the import process.
📄

TikTok describes this option as: "Data Feed Schedule: Automatically add products from an online file, according to a schedule. Add your data feed name, URL (if password protected, add your login details). Select an upload frequency, choose an update method, and click Import."

The URL is the Unify product feed URL from Step 1 — the Unify feed isn't password protected, so you can leave the login fields blank.

How updates work

Once connected, TikTok regularly imports your feed and updates your products automatically based on the frequency you set — so your TikTok catalog stays in step with your in-store inventory.
