Sometimes we offer free trials or introductory offers at reduced pricing for a limited period of time. How long your offer lasts, and any introductory pricing that follows it, depends on what you were offered when you signed up.
During your trial
You get full access to the plan you signed up for, and no subscription fee is taken for the free part of your offer.
At the end of your trial
To keep using Unify, add a payment method to your account. You can do this any time during your trial under Settings > Billing & Plan.
If you run more than one store
Your offer applies to your whole account rather than to each store separately. All of your stores share a single timeline that starts when your first store goes live.
So, for example, if you are offered a free first month and you add a second store two weeks in, that store joins at the same point your account has reached: it gets the rest of that free month alongside your first store, and both then move on together. If you add a store after your offer has ended, it starts on standard pricing straight away.
