Understanding your product visibility by channel

What the Visible to Shoppers charts show and why a channel may not be at 100%.

📊

What is your product visibility by channel?

Your visibility by channel shows how many of your in-stock products are actually appearing to shoppers on each channel you've activated — from your Storefront to Google and beyond. It's the best way to see where your products are reaching customers, and where tidying up your data could help more of them show up.

Different channels need different information before a product can appear, so it's normal for visibility to vary from one channel to the next.

Where to find it

On the Inventory tab of your Unify dashboard, scroll to the Visible to Shoppers bar charts. Each bar represents a channel you've activated:

What the percentages mean

The percentage on each bar is the share of your in-stock products that are complete — meaning they have all the data that channel needs — and are therefore visible to shoppers there.

This means a channel won't necessarily show 100%, even when your stock is fully connected. Products that are in stock but missing required details — like a title, image, or description — won't appear until those details are filled in.

How to improve your visibility

If a channel is lower than you'd expect, it usually comes down to incomplete product data. To find and complete those products, see Addressing your priority fixes.
